ACCEPTANCE OF POLICES
By registering for an event, you are indicating that you agree with Optimum Performance Rider Training’s policies.
You must be 16 years of age to participate in an event with Optimum Performance Rider Training.
Optimum Performance Rider Training will hold events rain or shine. In very rare circumstances will an event be cancelled due to unsafe and extreme weather conditions. If we do not roll a wheel on the track and the event is canceled, you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another Optimum Performance Rider Training event. Credit is only good for one calendar year from the time of the issuance. If an event is cancelled after it has started, there will be no credits or refunds issued. If you choose not to show up or cannot attend, and the event still proceeds, you will not receive any credit. Please note that Optimum Performance Rider Training will continue to operate in the rain. Optimum Performance Rider Training reserves the right to adjust this policy anytime without notice.
It is the responsibility of the rider to ensure they sign up for the appropriate Level.
Level 1: Riders who are new to the track, or have limited experience riding on the track.
Level 2: Intermediate track riders who have experience riding on the track.
Level 3: Advanced track riders and racers who are able to safely lap at a quick pace (example: sub-1:40 lap times at Pacific, sub-2:00 at The Ridge). NOTE: Motorcycles below 600cc are prohibited from Level 3 in order to enhance safety for all riders.
Once you submit an order, your event fee/donation is non-refundable. If for some reason you are not able to attend the event, please notify us at least two weeks prior to the event at email@example.com and you will receive a credit good for use at a future event.
