GENERAL POLICES / INFORMATION

By registering for an event, you are indicating that you agree with Optimum Performance Rider Training’s policies listed below.

AGE RESTRICTION

You must be 16 years of age to participate in an event with Optimum Performance Rider Training.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUNDS - Once you submit an order, your event fee/donation is non-refundable.
CREDITS/CHANGES - A request for a store credit or event change can be made up to 14 days (2 weeks) before an event. The remainder of the days leading up to the event the event, there will be NO CHANGES or CREDITS allowed.
TICKET TRANSFER - Should you decide to sell your ticket, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the event so that we can update our roster with your purchaser information.
EVENT CANCELLATION - Should OPRT cancel an event, you are entitled to a refund or store credit.

RAIN POLICY

Optimum Performance Rider Training will hold events rain or shine. In very rare circumstances will an event be cancelled due to unsafe and extreme weather conditions. If we do not roll a wheel on the track and the event is canceled, you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another Optimum Performance Rider Training event. Credit is only good for one calendar year from the time of the issuance. If an event is cancelled after it has started, there will be no credits or refunds issued. If you choose not to show up or cannot attend, and the event still proceeds, you will not receive any credit. Please note that Optimum Performance Rider Training will continue to operate in the rain. Optimum Performance Rider Training reserves the right to adjust this policy anytime without notice.

LEVEL SELECTION

It is the responsibility of the rider to ensure they sign up for the appropriate Level.

  • Level 1: Riders who are new to the track, or have limited experience riding on the track.
  • Level 2: Intermediate track riders who have experience riding on the track.
  • Level 3: Advanced track riders and racers who are able to safely lap at a quick pace (example: sub-1:40 lap times at Pacific, sub-2:00 at The Ridge).

"QUID PRO QUO" CONTRIBUTION

The amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the amount contributed, reduced by the value of any goods or services provided by the organization.

Optimum Performance Rider Training (OPRT) had determined that the West Coast "fair market value" for your track day purchases is $175.00.

Please check with your tax accountant – OPRT is not responsible, nor are any claims made or promised regarding the financial ramifications of working with a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Please keep your emailed receipt for tax purposes.
